Complete Aseprite tool catalogue

All 123 Aseprite tools are exposed as aseprite.<name> through the Voltage gateway and as aseprite_<name> through MCP. Every tool also accepts optional voltage_sprite_id for stable document targeting. Required parameters appear in bold. Nested fields and bounds are preserved in the machine-readable schemas in Voltage.Editor/Aseprite/Resources/tools.json.
